The class starts out with stretching and warming up the muscles. The teacher calls out the basic
steps in tahitian. About 20 minutes into class time, you will learn a dance. Dress comfortably and wear a sarong.
Since this is a high energy class you will want to bring a water bottle and a hand towel.
