Looking for some excitement in your exercise regime? Try shaking your way into shape with Tahitian dance.  It's definitely a workout!   
 
The class starts out with stretching and warming up the muscles.  The teacher calls out the basic steps in tahitian.  About 20 minutes into class time, you will learn a dance.  Dress comfortably and wear a sarong.   Since this is a high energy class you will want to bring a water bottle and a hand towel.
 
There are different types of tahitian dance.  You will be taught traditional and modern tahitian dance.
